Seiko Calibre V117A Solar Quartz Watch Movement

The Seiko V117A is a compact three-hand solar quartz movement that displays the hours, minutes, and central seconds. Its solar power-generation system converts light into electrical energy and stores it in an MT516F rechargeable battery.

When fully charged, the movement provides approximately six months of operating time. It also features overcharge prevention, second-hand stopping for accurate time setting, and an electronic circuit-reset function.
