Return & Refund Policy

 

At WR Accessories, we strive for transparency and quality. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds below. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of use, installation, or wear will not qualify.

  • Notification: You must notify us at info@wrwatches.com within 72 hours of receipt of your intent to return.

  • Timeframe: Items must be physically sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Fees and Shipping

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipment costs and logistics.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-reimbursable.

  • Cancellations: If a refund is requested prior to shipment, the shipping fee will be waived. However, a non-refundable 7% cancellation fee (imposed by the payment gateway) will be deducted from the total refund.

3. Watch Movements & Parts

Due to the high risk of unauthorized parts-swapping, we enforce a strict verification process for all watch movements:

  • Internal Logging: All movements are high-resolution photographed and logged with internal identifiers prior to shipping.

  • Anti-Tampering: We will not accept returns if the movement shows signs of being opened, tampered with, or if internal parts have been substituted.

  • Mechanical Claims: Any "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) or mechanical defect claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

  • Technical Inspection: All returned movements undergo professional verification. If a movement is found to be damaged by the user (e.g., improper installation) or tampered with, the refund will be denied and the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are only issued after our team has received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets the criteria above. We strongly encourage customers who are unwilling to bear these fees or follow these technical requirements to reconsider their purchase.
