WR Accessories Return & Refund Policy

At WR Accessories, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied and confident when purchasing from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must not be a discounted, promotional, or custom-made product.

  • The product must be in original, unused condition:

  • Watches must be unworn.

  • Straps must not be altered or changed.

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or use is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  

Return Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process the return within 3 working days (72 hours).

  • A 7% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping costs (based on the method used in your original order) will also be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are only issued after the item is received and inspected.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation:

  • If you request a refund before your order is processed or shipped, a 7% cancellation fee will still apply. 

Post-Shipment Cancellation: 

  • If your order has been shipped and a tracking code has been issued, cancellation will incur:

    A 7% cancellation fee, and

    An additional $20 postage fee to cover wasted shipping costs.

      

Parcel Rejection or Non-Acceptance: 

  • Customers who refuse delivery or reject the parcel will be charged the full 2-way return shipping cost imposed by our carrier (DHL/FedEx), which typically ranges from USD $114–$128.

 

Important Notes:

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to consider the above terms carefully before placing an order, especially if they are not willing to bear cancellation or return fees.

  • If returning a product, we highly recommend using a reputable worldwide courier with tracking number and insurance, to avoid issues related to damage, loss, or unverified delivery during transit.
